Shipment Planner

Job Description

• Work with Production Planner and Manufacturing make sure FG deliver in time
• Work with Supply Planner to get the shipping plan and ship mode information
• Work with WH to prepare packing list
• Work with Logistic to arrange and pick up the shipment
• Work with Sales to get instruction document for drop shipment
• Create outbound on time to WH packing
• Work with Purchasing for the raw materials shipment

Qualifications

• Graduated University Industrial management or Supply chain/ Logistics management.
• Have more than 1 - 2 years planning work experience in foreign enterprises.
• Have strong language skills, good at communication and cooperation, can properly handle the company's various departments related affairs.
• Have a sense of teamwork.
• Be able to master excel/ power BI/ SAP
• Fluently in English
