Services Project Execution Specialist

What will you do

• Lead execution of Field Services projects in accordance with Schneider Electric governance and processes.
• Manage complete project lifecycle from handover to closure.
• Coordinate engineering, planning, procurement, contracts and field service resources.
• Act as primary customer contact during project execution.
• Monitor schedule, cost, cash flow, revenue and gross margin performance.
• Identify risks and manage variation orders and change requests.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead project reviews, reporting and lessons learned activities.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Systems or related field.
• Experience in project management, service operations or field services.
• Knowledge of MV/LV power distribution, UPS or critical power solutions.
• Strong project planning, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Fluent English communication.
