Service Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Hanoi, Vietnam. The responsibilities include performing technical installations, maintenance, and repairs of Panasonic systems and equipment. The role also entails conducting diagnostics, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely technical support to customers. Establishing strong communication with both internal teams and clients to ensure service quality is a key component of the position.

• Technical skills including system installation, maintenance, and diagnostic repair
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
• Ability to deliver high-quality technical support in a timely manner
• Knowledge of Panasonic products or technical systems is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Previous experience in technical service roles is a plus
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
