- Analyze end-to-end workforce acquisition and retention performance to identify bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analysis across channel
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor recruitment funnel performance and key workforce KPIs, enabling timely performance tracking and decision-making
- Design analytical frameworks to evaluate workforce acquisition initiatives and programs.
- Generate actionable insights by analyzing workforce data, market trends, competitor activities, initiative program and labor segments
- Partner with stakeholders to support strategic decision making & implement project follow direction
- 4–7 years in Strategy, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Growth or Operations Strategy
