About the Role: We are looking for a UX/UI Expert (Senior UX/UI Designer) with strong design skills, excellent stakeholder communication, and a startup mindset to join our growing Global Business Services (GBS) team in Vietnam. You&aposll focus on enhancing the user experience of internal services such as finance, logistics, HR, and procurement.
This is a hands-on design role, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration and user-centric design.
Key Responsibilities:
- UX/UI Design: Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final visual design for internal services and tools.
- User Research: Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (e.g. user interviews, usability testing), analyze findings, and translate insights into actionable solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and APAC UX leads to understand needs, align expectations, and co-create solutions.
- Design Thinking Facilitation: Facilitate ideation workshops and design thinking sessions with internal teams to generate ideas and foster user empathy.
- Digital Innovation: Proactively identify improvement opportunities in service design, UI consistency, and usability. Propose innovative solutions to enhance internal digital experiences.
Must-Have:
- UX/UI Design Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX and UI design with a strong portfolio showing user-centered design thinking and impactful work.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders and influence decisions through empathy and clear communication.
- Startup Mindset: Curious, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity. Can navigate complex organizations with a problem-solving attitude.
- English Fluency: Excellent spoken and written English skills to work effectively across global teams.
- Team Spirit: A true team player with a collaborative mindset, eager to learn and share knowledge. Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with enterprise functions such as finance, HR, logistics, or procurement, etc.
- Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, or similar.
- Knowledge of service design or systems thinking is a plus.
Education:
Bachelors or masters degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media Design, Psychology, or related fields.
