Senior UIUX Designer

Reponsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs) to analyze requirements, develop wireframes, and define product functionality.
• Design user interfaces with a strong focus on visual quality and optimal user experience (UX) for B2B, enterprise, and industrial software systems.
• Develop and maintain UI Kits and Design Systems, ensuring strict adherence to client brand guidelines.
• Work closely with developers to package and deliver UI Kit and Design System documentation.
• Create design assets, including icons, illustrations, and, in particular, data visualization elements such as charts, maps, and large-scale data dashboards.
• Develop high-fidelity designs (mockups and prototypes) and design motion effects and micro-interactions to simulate real-world user experiences.
• Prepare detailed UI specifications and documentation to support the product development process and ensure a smooth design handoff to developers.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Experience designing B2B products, enterprise applications, or technical/industrial software is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, with the confidence and ability to communicate and work directly with international clients on a daily basis.
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory) and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces and complex technical workflows.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• English: Upper - Intermediate

• Experience in industrial or technical UI design.
• Skills in motion design and micro-interaction design.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience collaborating closely with development teams.
