Responsible for administering overall off-trade marketing agenda. The main tasks are including planning, managing push & activation activities to accelerate the successful partnership with Customers, build & drive for the growth of assigned brands at channel and initiate new call to actions touchpoints at POS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring customers insights, commercial strategy & channel role & competition movement understating to lead team in properly translate into the development, communication and execution of portfolio channel programs driving the best & long-term customer supports & loyalty toward HVN.
  • Support channel strategy process ensuring right channel segmentation, pack type, brand prioritization and lead the success exploration & development of potential sub-segment (independent minimart)
  • Utilize internal & external data to monitor the brands performance at channel, identify Issues & Opportunities, make promptly recommendation to go forward, independently lead the development & implementation of trade plan to build & keep growths for those brands (Heineken, Tiger & Innovation Portfolio).
  • Own robust understanding of the shopper insight, market & channel landscape and bring that perspective to team members & into this translation/injection into innovation of POSM/TOT, from the concept development to production, deployment and evaluation.
  • Lead adhoc project based on company requirement (i.e. Visibility in hot zones project)

Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing
  • At least 6-year working experience in the relevant field in beverage industry or FMCG.
  • has good understanding of value driven topline growth strategies within FMCG context; understands and demonstrates practical implications of RTC, market GRIP, and omnichannel concepts
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Analytical thinking, strategic thinking and problem-solving skill
  • Creative thinking, open-minded and enthusiasm
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, BI tool and familiarity with marketing software/tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English.
