  • As our Strategy & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinate the development of Heineken Vietnams 5-year long-term strategic vision while ensuring our short-term strategic initiatives projects are delivered with agility, discipline, and measurable Impact. This is a unique opportunity for a Strategic Thinker with a Bias for Action to shape & execute commercial, operational, and corporate strategies that drive business performance and put you at the frontline of biggest commercial strategic initiatives
  • You will work closely with Executive Management Team, Senior Leadership Team & counterparts across cross-functions - Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Digital & Technology - to ensure we operate efficiently and stay ahead in a fast-paced, consumer-driven market.

Key Scopes

  • Strategy Development & Communication: Coordinate the development and communication of Heinekens commercial growth strategy with short-term and long-term business planning processes.
  • Strategy Execution Monitoring: Lead the coordination of Heinekens commercial growth strategy with short-term and long-term business planning processes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a coordinator and trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders & team members to deliver excellent results together.
  • Business Performance Management: Track key business metrics, identify performance gaps, and drive initiatives that improve P&L outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive end-to-end project execution on key initiatives.
  • Insight & Decision Support: Deliver actionable insights through structured analysis, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Governance & Reporting: Prepare strategic updates, board packs, and executive presentations for C-Level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development & Long-Term Vision

  • Coordinate the development of the 5-year commercial strategy, in collaboration with executive management team and senior leader team members.
  • Build strategic frameworks and business cases to evaluate new growth opportunities, develop long-term competitive advantages and transformation levers.
  • Translate macro-level strategy into functional roadmaps, phasing and KPIs for continuous progress tracking.

2. Strategy Communication & Mobilization

  • Develop compelling narrative to communicate the vision & strategy across organization to mobilize actions & transformations
  • Ensure clarity and consistent communication and governance around overall strategy, strategic project objectives & outcomes.

3. Strategy Execution | Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead the coordination & successful delivery of short-term strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive effective results in companys most strategic pillars.
  • Establish performance measurement dashboards and feedback loops to drive continuous learning and adaptation.
  • Support post-implementation reviews to extract insights and replicate successes across the organization.

4. Executive Communication & Alignment

  • Prepare clear, compelling materials for Executive Board reviews, investment cases, and cross-market alignment sessions.
  • Ensure consistent communication and governance around project progress, outcomes, and pivots.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Bachelors Degree; preferably in Business Management/Finance/Commercial
  • 5 years+ of experience in Consulting or Sales & Marketing in FMCG.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent organisation & project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration and relationship building.
  • Agility in Fast-Moving Environments
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and integrate well with people across functions.
  • High level of English fluency
