Main Responsibilities
1. Total Rewards Management
- Support the maintenance of the company's salary structure and salary ranges.
- Conduct job evaluation and salary benchmarking using market survey data.
- Provide analysis and recommendations on compensation policies and salary-related decisions.
- Prepare compensation reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders.
- Ensure compensation decisions comply with company policies and internal governance.
- Analyze compensation data and identify trends related to pay competitiveness and workforce cost.
- Support annual salary review cycles and compensation planning.
2. Incentive Program Administration
- Support the implementation and administration of incentive and bonus programs.
- Ensure incentive calculations are accurate and aligned with company policies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of incentive programs and provide insights for improvement.
3. Process and System Improvement
- Support improvements in compensation processes and reward administration.
Maintain data accuracy in HR systems and compensation databases.
