What Youll Do:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for both tech and non-tech roles.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.

Build and manage talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.

Promote Viettel IDCs employer brand through online channels, events, and partnerships.

Participate in HR projects to enhance talent acquisition and retention processes.

What Were Looking For:

At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT/Tech industry.

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A data-driven mindset with a passion for talent.

A proactive, creative, and collaborative spirit.
