ABOUT THE ROLE

By joining AWING, you will be part of a pioneering AdTech product with strong, distinctive sharing economy model and clear global ambition.

In this role, you will drive AWING's growth by building well-aligned talent pipelines across AWING's markets. This is also an opportunity to expand beyond recruitment and gradually move toward a more strategic HRBP career path.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche positions, with a strong focus on headhunting and market mapping.
• Build and maintain a strategic talent pipeline for critical business roles.
• Partner closely with leadership teams to define hiring strategies aligned with company growth.
• Lead market research, competitor analysis, and candidate intelligence gathering.
• Elevate recruitment standards by applying structured methodologies instead of relying only on personal networks.
• Take on other HCD department tasks and projects as assigned, including opportunities to learn and contribute to L&D, OD.. as part of a broader HRBP development path.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong expertise in recruiting B2B Sales roles (Tech, Media or Headhunting company is a plus).
• Strong background in recruiting for multiple functions; experience in niche market hiring is a plus.
• Previous headhunting/hunting experience is highly welcomed.
• Driven by targets and able to work under pressure with resilience and persistence.
• Excellent candidate evaluation & negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
• Communication in English is a plus.
