Key Responsibilities: As a Senior System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the core technology that underpins our client&aposs global operations, focusing on scalability, reliability, and costefficiency in high-traffic, data-intensive environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

Analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into precise technical specifications for systems supporting various services, including ride-hailing, payments, geo-data processing, and fraud detection.

Designing and modeling robust system architectures, encompassing intricate data flows, integrations, and optimizations specifically tailored for scalability in scenarios involving petabytes of data and millions of simultaneous users.

Conducting comprehensive system audits to identify bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements, utilizing tools like SQL for advanced data querying and modeling.

Collaborating proactively with diverse stakeholders across engineering, product, and operations teams to bridge business needs with effective technical solutions, such as enhancing fraud analytics or geo-processing systems.

Developing clear documentation, detailed use cases, and prototypes for new features, ensuring strict alignment with the client&aposs core values of fair pricing and social impact.

Providing essential support during testing and deployment phases, and diligently monitoring system performance post-launch to ensure operational excellence.

Leading cross-functional analyses for new market expansions, proactively addressing unique and complex challenges inherent to emerging markets, such as variable network connectivity or navigating diverse regulatory compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related engineering field.

5+ years of demonstrable experience in system analysis, with a proven track record in analyticsheavy environments such as fintech or mobility platforms.

Exceptional proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools (e.g., ER diagrams), and advanced analysis frameworks; familiarity with big data technologies like BigQuery and Spark is highly advantageous.

Strong, foundational understanding of system design principles, including APIs, various database systems, and robust cloud integrations (e.g., AWS/GCP).

Prior experience in specialized areas such as fraud detection, geo-analytics, or complex payment systems is preferred.

Outstanding analytical acumen, verbal and written communication skills, and proven stakeholder management capabilities, particularly within multicultural, hybrid, and globally distributed teams.

A 'strong, independent senior specialist' who demonstrates a 'product mindset,' understanding iterations, Agile methodologies, and taking full ownership and responsibility for their work.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment that values autonomy, speed, and results-orientation. Preferred Qualifications:

A background working in or with teams focused on emerging markets, bringing a nuanced understanding of their unique operational challenges.

Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in predictive analytics.
