Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the ERP and Operations teams to understand business rules, gather data from multiple sources, ensure data quality, and develop efficient data collection systems.

Apply statistical analysis, data modeling, and other analytical techniques to interpret data and identify trends.

Develop reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to clearly and effectively communicate insights.

Collect, validate, clean, and organize data to produce standardized datasets for analysis.

Support sales planning and forecasting through the analysis of historical data.

Proficient in data analysis tools, programming languages, and data visualization software.

Excellent logical and technical capabilities in data modeling, data mining, and segmentation.

Solid knowledge in developing and applying accurate algorithms to datasets to derive solutions.

Strong understanding of business principles and the ability to leverage data analysis to address business challenges.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors Degree in Data Science/ Economics/ Statistics/ Finance

Experience: 5+ years of data analytics in retail/F&B/education industry

Good at English for both writing and communication

Computer skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Power Query, Power BI, DAX Studio, and MS. Excel (Advanced

Level)
