Role Objective

Support S&OP process across the region to ensure demand and supply balance and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities / Duties & Responsibilities

• Support regions supply planning leader to manage supply issues for APAC markets.
• Lead OTIF measurement project according to region & global supply chain strategy.
• Lead Backlog measurement project according to region & global supply chain strategy.
• Lead STO & PO measurement project according to region supply chain strategy.
• Support supply chain related projects, including monthly operation plan (FCOP) and other regional projects per region business requirements.
• Act as the contact window for non-Asia market (America, EMENA, South Africa) and take ownership in the whole process as demand details verification, production task allocation among plants and customer requirement settlements.
• Routine reports consolidation and reporting.
  
  

Job Specification

• Bachelor's degree or above with majored in Supply Chain;
• Minimal 3 years or above experience in customer service, production planning or demanding functions;
• Good communication and coordination skills in English
• Detail oriented and result driven;
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation and proactive working attitude;
• Work with patience and independence; Integrity, trust;
• Strong PC skills, proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, SAP and BO experience is preferred

• Internal stakeholders: Other functions in Supply Chain Planning team, Sales & Marketing teams, Customer Service, Production, Procurement, Finance, Quality, IT, Master Data team
• External stakeholders: distributors, customers, suppliers
