Senior Specialist, Technical Training

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• This position will lead on the job (OTJ), technical training for assigned BU(s), to provide training-related support, coordination, administrative and delivering learning solutions to address operation training needs for Production Areas with a specific focus on providing OTJ, Technicaltraining for direct labour employees and taking part in training-related projects to enhance the manufacturing performance through training solutions. This requires the co-ordination of the plant-wide level. Mand execution of plans in accordance with group standards and within the required KPI benchmarks
  
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Educational background of Engineering & Technology is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training Operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in OJT program management, competency development, and training system administration is preferred
  
  

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong planning, coordination, and project management skills to manage OJT programs and training initiatives effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage training data, competency matrices, and training effectiveness tracking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Production, Engineering and other cross-functional teams.
• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate, sit, stand, and walk.
• The employee frequently is required to use hands and arms to operate standard operation training procedures.
