Overview
The FS Senior Specialist is responsible for updating the Pre-FS/FS during the operational phase, ensuring the provision of accurate and objective information regarding project performance.
Responsibilities
1. Update assumptions and propose project development options
Conduct detailed assessments of market research, legal matters, phasing, master planning, etc. to propose feasible options for the project to apply during the operational phase.
Collect data from related departments/divisions to input and build Pre-FS/FS models.
Build relationships and manage timeline, responses, and quality when working with external partners.
Analyze Pre-FS/FS and assess the financial performance of projects during the pre-development and operational phases.
Monitor daily operations and update FS/FA for impact assessment.
Work with stakeholders to obtain approval.
2. Update actual operations on a quarterly basis
Analyze project performance based on quarterly operational results.
Manage and analyze actual project figures for specific purposes.
Update FS in alignment with the annual business plan.
Work with stakeholders to obtain approval.
3. Develop FS for each phase of a large-scale township project
4. Other tasks as required by the Line Manager
Depending on specific situations, perform additional tasks as required by the Line Manager.
