About the Employee Experience Team
The Employee Experience (EX) team at GHN is responsible for designing, executing,
and measuring initiatives that enhance employee experience across the employee
lifecycle. The team operates with a strong data-driven mindset, focusing on real
operational impact and consistent execution across business units.
Job Summary
The Employee Experience Specialist is responsible for executing, operating, and
measuring Employee Experience (EX) initiatives based on the strategic framework
designed by the Employee Experience Manager.
This role focuses on hands-on execution, employee experience data analysis, digital
enablement, and ensuring EX programs are consistently and effectively implemented
across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Experience Program Execution
+ Execute approved Employee Experience initiatives and programs
+ Coordinate with HRBPs to implement EX activities across business units
+ Standardize Employee Life Cycle touchpoints, especially for frontline employees
+ Monitor progress, resolve issues, and propose operational improvements
- Employee Experience Measurement & Analytics
+ Design and conduct EX surveys (Engagement, Pulse Survey, eNPS)
+ Collect, process, and analyze employee experience data from multiple sources
+ Operate EX/HR dashboards and report key metrics
+ Generate actionable insights to support continuous improvement
- Digital Enablement & Process Optimization
+ Collaborate with Technology teams to deploy EX-related digital tools (HRMS,
Portal, FaceID, etc.)
+ Support training and onboarding for employees using new systems
+ Gather user feedback and propose system improvements
+ Monitor and improve Digital Adoption Rate, reducing manual EX processes
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Support
+ Support key EX projects (turnover reduction, SOP improvement, wellbeing
programs)
+ Coordinate with HRBPs and COEs to ensure consistent EX execution
+ Support communication and change management activities
+ Track milestones, report progress, and collect stakeholder feedback
Qualifications
- Experience
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in Employee Experience, HR Analytics, HR
Operations, or related HR roles
+ Hands-on experience with HR data and analytical reporting
+ Experience in Logistics/Express or large-scale organizations is a plus
- Skills
+ Solid knowledge of Employee Experience, HR Analytics, and Change
Management
+ Strong data analysis skills (Advanced Excel, BI tools)
+ Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and basic project
management skills
- Attitude

+ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
