Senior Software Engineer (Python / AI)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build scalable backend systems and AI-powered products, including AI assistants, chatbots, intelligent search, and recommendation systems.

What you'll be responsible for

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Python.
• Build and integrate LLM-powered applications and AI services.
• Work with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and AI APIs.
• Develop and optimize prompts and LLM evaluation workflows.
• Build AI and data pipelines for search, ranking, recommendation, and automation.
• Design reliable, scalable, and high-performance system architectures.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to turn business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

Python & Backend

• 3+ years of software development experience with strong Python skills.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of APIs, async programming, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and data processing using Pandas/NumPy.

AI & LLM

• Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, and RAG.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LiteLLM, or similar AI tools.

Golang & System Design

• Working knowledge of Go (Golang) and experience developing backend services is a plus.
• Understanding of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and performance optimization.
• Experience designing scalable, high-availability backend systems.
• Understanding of caching, asynchronous processing, queues, and database optimization.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD is a plus.

English

• English speaking and reading proficiency is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English in a professional and technical environment.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation, API documentation, and AI/engineering resources in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with machine learning, recommendation systems, NLP, or search/ranking.
• Experience with Go in production or other backend languages.
