Senior Sales Specialist (Animation software)

We are expanding our regional footprint and looking for a Senior Sales Specialist (Animation software) to join our multi-cultural team in Ho Chi Minh City.

Location: District 2, HCMC (Mon - Fri, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: 

• Conduct cold calling to identify and qualify potential clients across target markets. 
• Generate qualified leads and create business opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs related to call volume, lead conversion rate, and meeting quotas.
• Provide market feedback on customer pain points, competition, and product positioning.
• Organize clients meetings in Vietnam and Asia.

Market Strategy & Expansion:

• Develop, animate, and expand our strategic partner network across the ASEAN region. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead-generation campaigns and execute up-selling strategies

Requirements:

• Experience: Significative B2B sales experience in the animation-gaming / IT / SaaS industry. 
• Sales Skills: Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, target achievement, and experience using CRM tools.
• Languages:Fluent English is mandatory. Proficiency in French or ASEAN languages is a plus.
• Mindset: Strong resilience, self-performer, excellent negotiation and closing abilities, and keen to work in a fast-paced environment.
