We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function across Vietnam and Thailand. This role combines strategic HR leadership with multi-country operational oversight, ensuring compliance with local regulations, effective people management, and strong employee engagement in both markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people strategy with company goals in both Vietnam and Thailand.
- Lead and develop HR teams across two countries, driving capability growth, collaboration, and high performance.
- Oversee full spectrum of HR operations: recruitment, C&B, performance management, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding.
- Ensure HR governance and compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and group policies in both countries.
- Manage mobility and cross-border workforce processes (work passes, relocations, assignments).
- Provide HR analytics & reporting to support business and workforce planning.
- Partner with HQ/regional teams on organization development and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee office administration & general services to support daily business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience in multi-country HR management (Vietnam + another SEA market).
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law; familiarity with Thai regulations is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English & Vietnamese (Thai language a plus).
