HSPVTCL Solar Brandwill amend and/or revise its Business Scope and Targets for the Independent Sales Consultants and Commission Payment Arrangement from time to time. And such amendments and/or revisions shall be an integral part of the contract between HR service company and the sales consultants (Main Contract) and have the same legal eect with the Main Contract.

The amended and/or revised Business Scope and Targets for the Independent Sales

Consultants and Commission Payment Arrangement shall be sent to the independent sales

consultants by TCL Solars working email system (Notication Email). And it shall be deemed that independent sales consultants receive and accept these amendments and/or revisions after 3 business days from the date when the Notication Email arrives at the independent sales consultants respective TCL Solar working email box.

Develop and implement Vietnam sales strategies

Make annual sales targets and tasks ,and decomposition to quarterly and monthly, quality

and quantity to complete sales targets and tasks on schedule

Timely grasp of market dynamics, actively open up new markets and new customers to

broaden the companys business channels

Responsible for and customer business negotiations, sales contract formulation, signing,

order follow-up, delivery, repayment and after-sales work

Real-time analysis of the market PV policy and trends under the jurisdiction of the

company to make the basis for business decision
