I. Role Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Regularly connect with the CXO team of end-users
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Market Analysis & Forecasting:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives in the assigned region.
Revenue Generation:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize sales potential and enhance customer satisfaction in the assigned region.
- Negotiate and close strategic deals and partnerships to achieve sales targets in the assigned region.
Market Analysis and Trends:
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth in the assigned region.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and adapt to changing market conditions in the assigned region.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive sales culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices across the sales team.
II. Job Responsibilities:
- Must have a Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
- English is important, along with the native language - Its mandatory
- Performance-driven professional with over 12 to 15 years of rich & extensive experience in Sales for a technology company.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of banking and financial services, including knowledge of software solutions in the industry.
- A Dynamic person with personal initiative and management skills
- Demonstrated success consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Adept at influencing through effective relationships, expertise, and data. Comfortable rolling up sleeves to get things done while also capable of leading complex strategy discussions.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales plans that drive growth.
- Knowledge of the Local Language and Culture is a huge advantage
- Knowledge of Lending as well as the Transaction Banking domain is an advantage.
