Responsibilities:
- To promote and sell OneConnect's technology solutions to banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions in Singapore
- To build a strong pipeline of customers / projects; Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and build new relationships
- To lead the end-to-end sales cycle of RFPs with various sizes and complexity; Prepare and present sales materials (PowerPoint, Excel) to explain our solutions and demonstrate their value to customers
- To align and work with the delivery team to manage customer expectations during project implementation and having frequent communications with internal and external stakeholders
- To actively provide feedback and drive customization of our products with the product team,
- To build strong relationships with decision makers in the financial services industry
- To build market intelligence of the financial services industry of the target markets
Accountabilities and Performance Measures:
- Achieve assigned productivity and revenue targets
- Maintains a strong sales pipeline
- Achieves product growth targets for the assigned geography or account base
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
- Coach younger sales and pre-sales staff and build a high performing sales team
Requirements:
- Similar position in B2B technology solution sales (with exposure selling to banks and other FIs) with proven track record of sales attainment through strategic consultative selling
- Or candidates with experience in consulting (with exposure to financial services, at least manager level) or banking (as an SME RM or mix of frontline and product role)
- At least 8 - 15 years or relevant experience.
- Passion in FinTech, highly adaptable and able to cope with frequent changes typical to start-up companies. A go-getter with self-drive and can be independent to push things through across departments / divisions.
- Able to operate as an individual contributor role at the beginning, and with the expectation of leading a small sales team in 1-2 years
- Highly proficient in MS office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- At least Bachelor Degree, ideally with Engineering or Business background
