A. Responsibilities:
- Drive digital solution sales for local medium and large enterprises in Vietnam.
- Develop sales strategies and execute the end-to-end sales process.
- Manage and grow key accounts, including large Vietnamese enterprises, foreign manufacturers, and Chinese companies operating in Vietnam.
- Expand potential customer base through industry events, ecosystem partners, industrial parks, and associations to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Work closely with local partners (FPT, CMC, VNPT, Viettel) and internal team to ensure a seamless full-cycle customer experience.
- Represent Yonyou at Vietnam industry conferences, associations, and business events to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
- Collect and report customer needs, industry trends, and competitor insights to support product and localization improvements.
B. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above with 4+ years of enterprise software or IT solution sales experience; experience in ERP, SaaS, Finance, or Supply Chain is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation; familiarity with Vietnamese business culture; able to perform in a fast-paced, international working environment.
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate internal and external teams.
- Good command of English is required; Chinese is a plus.
