I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Research and monitor the progress of infrastructure development and implementation in localities where the Company is targeting investment opportunities.

2. Research and update information on competitors, real estate projects, market supply and demand, sales performance, and other relevant indicators to provide the Company with a comprehensive and up-to-date view of real estate market developments.

3. Analyze and propose project development strategies from the pre-feasibility stage through to detailed project implementation.

4. Collaborate with and provide critical input to relevant departments in developing business strategies, including pricing strategy, distribution strategy, project phasing strategy, agency deposit requirements, commission schemes, sales KPIs, etc.; participate in research on the needs and behaviors of target customers, including key factors influencing purchase and non-purchase decisions.

5. Conduct field surveys and prepare overall market research reports or thematic/sector-specific research reports as required.

6. Perform other professional duties as assigned by the direct manager.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or higher; no specific major required.

• IELTS score of 6.5 or above.

• At least 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in market analysis, market research, R&D, or strategic consulting roles.

• Strong presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
