Senior Quality Engineer

Work location: Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, Hanoi, Vietnam

Job Summary

Independently responsible for the quality management of main products, maintain the effective operation of the quality system, lead to solve and improve the quality problems of related products, assist the quality manager to implement the quality strategy

Key Job Responsibilities

• Researched and planned the product control scheme, controlled the entire production process of the product, and ensured that the final product met the requirements of the drawing.
• Handled external customer complaints, ensured the achievement of corresponding quality objectives, and formed a multi-functional team to effectively improve specific customer complaints.
• Able to use effective methods, including effective statistical data, to promote the improvement of process capacity and quality problems, and effectively lead the improvement of major quality problems to achieve the quality objectives.
• Take the initiative to maintain the effective operation of the quality system and put forward reasonable improvement plans.
• Be highly sensitive to engineering changes and supervise related departments to comply with the process requirements of engineering changes.
• Familiar with APQP & PPAP, be able to independently manage the introduction process of new products, new equipment, new technology, etc.
• Conduct research on specific testing technologies, and continuously improve the accuracy and efficiency of testing. Cooperate closely with technical center, competence team to ensure the advanced testing technology implemented.
• Willing and be able to provide training to team, to assist others in their quality skills

Education, Work Experience, Skills, Certificates

• Bachelor's degree or above with major in metal material or mechanical engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in quality management in manufacturing industry
• Fluent in English and good at communication
• Familiar with quality tools and able to use relevant quality analysis software
• ISO 9001 Internal auditor certificate
