Job Description

Responsibilities

Search and evaluate suppliers (based on cost, quality, service, availability, reliability).
Schedule orders and follow up.
Be responsible for all purchasing activities including but not limited to projects, new buildings, sourcing, marketing, insurance,
Support new centres set-up.
Be responsible for quotations, contracts, payments, goods quantity and quality check.
Proceed write off goods as per companys guideline.
Be responsible for internal/external reports if any.
Support in project of purchasing and inventory software installation

Skill Requirements

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years experience in purchasing or procurement
Must have experience in dealing with suppliers for high-value items such as technical products, construction-related materials

Required Education And Qualifications

University/college graduate
Minimum 5 years experience in purchasing or procurement
Must have experience in dealing with suppliers for high-value items such as technical products, construction-related materials
Language: Good English
Computuer:Good at Microsoft Office applications
