Collaborate with Product Marketing teams, DTC teams to strategize, plan and implement CRM and Digital Media activities for all categories to maximize lifetime value and support to achieve business goals.
Collaborate with Sales team to plan and consults on dealers campaigns to optimize media investment.
Manage the Media agency, from planning to implementation and reporting, to ensure KPI achievement with high-cost efficiency and ROAS.
Build up Adobe dashboard to track online performance from all touchpoints and take action to optimize investments and customer journey.
Provide consultancy on media budget, target audiences, channels, and contents to Marcom PICs to maximize product awareness, enhance consideration and grow conversion rate.
Keep abreast of the latest digital trends, touchpoints, and tools to ignite digital initiatives for Marketing team & DTC team.
Use Customer Dashboards to set targets for new and retained customers growth and lifetime value. Actively review results and recommend actions to achieve lifetime value goals.
Manage Power BI dashboard to run analysis of customer behaviors and provide those insights to the respective PICs to make decisions on future sales campaigns, media optimization, website contents, EDM contents, etc. to maximize sales conversion.
Constantly evaluate CRM performance and actively investigate opportunities to achieve customer loyalty targets.
Requirements
Ideally more than 5 years of experience in Digital Media
Experience in using Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing cloud will be a plus.
Experience with data segmentation and customer journey optimization will be a plus.
Good Project management skills

Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
