We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our IT Outsourcing team. In this role, you will coordinate software development projects for international clients, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up on project tasks with the team.
- Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and updates.
- Help create project timelines and monitor deadlines.
- Organise team meetings (daily/weekly).
- Report project progress and issues to leaders.
- Support with basic documentation if needed.
Requirements:
- 6 months - 2 years of experience in IT project management or coordination.
- Understanding of how software projects are built and delivered (Agile/Scrum).
- Basic technical knowledge (e.g. APIs, databases, system logic) is highly preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to manage tasks and follow up on progress.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Experience with at least one project management tool such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
