JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in managing the full lifecycle of software projects from initiation to completion.
• Support in project planning, task allocation, progress tracking, and quality assurance.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements and help develop suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with development, testing, and other related teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Monitor potential risks and help resolve issues during project execution.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates to management and clients.
• Contribute to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the required quality standard.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields.
• Some experience or internship in software projects is a plus (but not required).
• Good understanding of software development processes and basic project management concepts (Agile, Waterfall).
• Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to growing with the company.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project is an advantage.
