Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Projects Manager to oversee and coordinate all projects related to machinery, construction, and other initiatives within our holding company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: manage all phases of project life cycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Stakeholder Communication: serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Resource Management: allocate resources effectively and efficiently and manage project teams and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Risk Management: identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts.
- Budget Management: prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and safety protocols.
- Performance Monitoring: track project performance and report on progress and implement improvements based on feedback and project outcomes.
- Team Leadership: lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in machinery or construction sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
