Overall responsibility for managing, reviewing and coordinating all designs
Sourcing consultants, contractors and MEP suppliers
Work with other units in bidding and MEP recommendations
Standardize MEP design processes, practices and requirements
Liaise with project architects, other engineering disciplines, sub-consultants and customers as required.
Ensure the accuracy of all calculations and design drawings before issuance.
Construction site supervision (Quality, volume and labor safety)
Support project/design management during the design phase of the project, advise customers on matters related to electromechanics, maintenance/consumption costs, check electromechanical designers
Check safety and quality according to customer and local standards and regulations
Organize work and coordinate daily with contractors
