Location: Phu Nhuan, HCM

Salary: Upto 55M Gross

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead end-to-end product initiative delivery, from roadmap planning and execution to product launch and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate product strategies into actionable plans, coordinate implementation, and ensure successful delivery in alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Delivery: Take ownership of product initiatives throughout their lifecycle, from planning and execution to launch and post-launch enhancement.
Project Planning: Translate product roadmaps into actionable project plans, defining scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Product Engineering, Product Design, Operations, Business teams, and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
Project Governance: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, resolve implementation issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Requirement Management: Facilitate requirement clarification, scope alignment, and prioritization throughout the product development process.
Product Implementation: Coordinate UAT, product rollout, and change management activities to ensure smooth implementation.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve product delivery workflows and enhance implementation efficiency.
Performance & Quality: Track project outcomes and ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Product Delivery, Product Ownership, or similar roles within a technology environment.
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through implementation and delivery.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving projects toward successful completion.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in digital product domains such as E-commerce, Loyalty & Rewards, E-vouchers, Fintech, or other B2C platforms is preferred.
PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile-related certifications are an advantage.
Experience working with digital products, consumer-facing applications, or technology platforms.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
