Senior Product/ Data Analyst (SQL)

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to support the Product Management team by analyzing business performance, customer behavior, and market trends. This role provides data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and improve product efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to extract insights on customer behavior, market dynamics, and product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and develop reporting mechanisms.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and create reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.
• Monitor and verify migration progress for data accuracy and completeness.
• Stay updated on business analytics trends to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Provide training on data analysis tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

Must-have

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (MBA or MS preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in data or product analytics, with hands-on experience in product analysis.
• Experience in fintech or financial services, with a solid understanding of the business and product domain.
• Strong, production-level SQL skills, with the ability to write clean, correct, and well-structured queries.
• Good command of English is a must.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate business questions and complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
