Job Description

GENERAL FUNCTION

This role conducts end‑to‑end analysis of product data and processes, developing performance metrics and reports at varying levels to support data‑driven decision‑making.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Ensure PLM Data Integrity
  • Audit brand PLM data for accuracy and completeness; communicate issues and drive corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Milestone & Sample Delivery Tracking
  • Monitor milestone development on‑time sample data; report delivery status, on‑time Technical Package (TP), and overall delivery KPIs.
  • Seasonal Buy Ready (BR) Tracking
  • Track seasonal Buy Ready data and report status and on‑time BR KPI performance.
  • Commercialization Process Monitoring
  • Track seasonal commercialization processes; report progress and on‑time KPI performance at each stage.
  • Sales Sample Tracking
  • Monitor seasonal sales sample progress; report tracking, delivery status, and on‑time KPIs.
  • Sourcing Strategy Alignment
  • Track and assess brand sourcing strategy alignment against new product development and across all key milestones.
  • Brand Adoption Analysis
  • Analyze brand adoption performance using PLM and SAP data.
  • Multi‑Level Data Analysis
  • Perform data analysis across multiple aggregation levels based on business and stakeholder requirements ( i.e. process heatmap, product allocation, product transfer etc)
  • Factory & Brand PD Scorecards
  • Analyze Factory and Brand Product Development (PD) scorecards on a monthly basis and share insights.
  • System Enhancement Coordination and Training
  • Coordinate system enhancement requests; support testing and validation of new features and improvements.

Provide PLM system training to internal and external partners based on the demand.

  • Perform other duties as required or assigned by the supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Command written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong Excel, PBI, dataflow, basic Python/VBA/automate workflow coding and utilization.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Can work independently and under a heavy pressure.
  • 3 years or above of footwear product development experience.
  • Systems knowledge (ERP/PLM) helpful but not a must.
