Phu Bao Medical (part of Phu Bao Group) - produces disposable facemasks, underpads, and other health & hygiene products, serving both domestic distribution and international OEM clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, supplier relationships, and purchasing operations for PBM's manufacturing needs — raw materials, packaging, and production-related equipment/supplies — ensuring cost efficiency, supply continuity, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials (non-woven fabric, meltblown, elastic bands, nose wire, packaging materials, etc.) and indirect purchases (spare parts, consumables, factory equipment)
• Develop and maintain a reliable, cost-competitive supplier base; conduct regular supplier performance reviews (price, quality, lead time, payment terms)
• Coordinate with Production Planning and Warehouse to ensure material availability aligned with production schedules, avoiding stockouts or overstock
• Track market price trends for key raw materials and propose cost-saving/procurement strategy adjustments
• Manage the full purchasing cycle: PR/PO issuance, contract/price agreement, delivery follow-up, invoice matching
• Ensure purchased materials meet quality and regulatory requirements applicable to medical/hygiene product manufacturing
• Build and maintain procurement documentation, cost records, and supplier database for audit and reporting purposes
• Support cost-reduction initiatives and process improvement projects within the procurement function

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment (packaging, textile/non-woven, medical devices, or FMCG production is a plus)
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Good command of English (written and spoken) for working with international suppliers/OEM partners
• Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP/procurement systems is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work under production-driven deadlines
• Good cross-functional communication skills (Production, QA, Warehouse, Finance)
