Job Description
Scope of responsibilities:
1. Plan weekly, monthly, and yearly Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance.
2. Develop and standardize PM Cards, including detailed work instructions, standard execution time, required manpower, tools, spare parts/materials, and safety requirements
3. Supervise maintenance execution to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
4. Monitor, analyze, and report maintenance KPIs such as PM Compliance, Breakdown, MTBF, MTTR, and OEE, Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions for equipment failures.
5. Manage the plant's spare parts inventory by developing and maintaining the Spare Parts Master Data; monitor inventory KPIs including Min/Max Stock, Reorder Point, Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), Aging Inventory, and Inventory Turnover to optimize inventory levels, ensure spare parts availability, and minimize inventory carrying costs.
6. Create and monitor Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for maintenance spare parts and materials; coordinate with the Purchasing Department and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
7. Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget for the entire plant (MN&PD, Facility, Mixing, QA, and EHS); control CAPEX, OPEX, and Repair & Maintenance (R&M) costs to ensure spending remains within the approved budget.
8. Initiate and implement improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance costs.
9. Support TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the plant.
10. Prepare, update, and maintain technical documents including SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), Checklists, Standard PM documents, and maintenance records.
11. Prepare periodic reports on maintenance performance, PM progress, maintenance costs, and equipment effectiveness.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor degree or higher level in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related fields.
Experience:
· At least 3-year-experience PM in the similar position in manufacturing company, especially in the food manufacturing industry or related industry
· Strong knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Reliability, RCA, TPM, and maintenance KPIs.
· Experience with CMMS/SAP PM and maintenance budget management is preferred
· Good leadership, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Good English communication skills
