Senior Power Platform Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer to lead the design and development of in-house enterprise applications.

This role requires strong technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, along with a solid understanding of system architecture, integration, and scalable solution design. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to build secure, efficient, and maintainable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Automation

• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
• Build automated workflows to streamline business processes
• Work with relational databases such as SQL Server or Azure SQL, including data modeling, SQL queries, views, stored procedures, indexing, and data validation to support reliable application backends.
• Develop backend and integration components using REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, authentication mechanisms, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Leverage Azure resources such as Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Key Vault, App Service, Function Apps, Microsoft Entra ID, and monitoring/logging services to deliver secure and scalable end-to-end applications.
  
  

Solution Architecture

• Define and implement scalable system architecture using Microsoft ecosystem (Dataverse, Azure Databricks, SQL Server, SharePoint, APIs, Azure services)
• Ensure solutions are modular, maintainable, and performance-optimized
• Design data models, integration layers, and security models
  
  

Technical Leadership

• Lead the entire system from a technical perspective, providing consultation and solution advisory to business teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Global teams to ensure the application and all related integrations remain compliant with enterprise standards, security requirements, and governance expectations
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues
  
  

Experience


Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
• Proven experience in end-to-end application development
  
  

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in: Power Platform architecture, Data modeling and database design
• Solid understanding of System architecture, Azure services.
• Apply Generative AI tools and practices to improve productivity across coding, testing, solution architecture, solution discovery, code review, documentation, and application performance optimization.
  
  

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Proficient in English & Vietnamese with strong written and verbal communication skills, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability
