We are seeking a skilled and ambitious
Senior Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence in our semiconductor capital equipment division. The ideal candidate will lead operational initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery of high-tech manufacturing solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management & Coordination:
- Lead operational execution for semiconductor capital equipment delivery from planning to completion
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance
- Manage operational workflows and ensure adherence to established processes and timelines
- Support senior management with operational strategy implementation and performance reporting
Process Optimization & Excellence:
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs and metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Implement quality control measures and compliance standards across operations
- Support digital transformation projects and automation initiatives
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Lead customer communication regarding operational updates and delivery status
- Facilitate meetings between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership
Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in operations, project coordination, or process management
- Proven track record of managing complex operational processes and meeting delivery targets
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Proficient in operations management tools (ERP systems, MS Project, advanced Excel, PowerBI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder management
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for international business communication
- Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Operations management certification (Lean, Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, or equivalent)
- Experience with Asian supply chains and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of semiconductor industry standards and requirements
