You willrecruit, coach, and support creatorson how to make viral content that drives traffic and sales. Throughcommunity programs, content challenges, and resource sharing, you will inspire and scale a vibrant affiliate community that bridges the gap between creators and commerce.

I. Role Description
1. Build and Grow Affiliate Communities
- Build and grow affiliate communities onDiscord, focusing onshort-form content creators(e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- UseFacebook Groups as a top-of-funnel channelto attract and engage potential affiliates before moving them into the Discord community.
2. Educate and Inspire Content Creators
- Sharebest practicesandreal-life exampleson how to createviral short-form videosthat convert.
- Provide ongoing education and inspiration to help creators improve their content performance across platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
3. Develop Content Series for Community Growth
- Create and manage aseries of content(e.g., tutorials, creator spotlights, success stories) designed tofacilitate engagementandaccelerate community growth.
- Regularly develop relevant and actionable content to support creators in their journey.
4. Convert Community Members into Affiliates
- Convert engaged community members intoactive affiliatesfor our DTC brands.
- Empower them to drive traffic and sales throughauthentic, high-performing content.
II. Requirements:
- 4- 5+ yearsin community management, influencer relations, or affiliate marketing.
- Fluent in English.
- Had experience in building communities from 0 to 1, with aproven track record of scaling 02 communities to 50,000+ memberseach.
- Activecontent creator or evangelistin affiliate or creator communities.
- Experience working withniche communitiesrelated tocontent, AI, Canva, design, or marketing.
- Strongleadership and mentoringabilities, especially in guiding creators or affiliate teams.
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, with confidence inpublic speaking and video coaching.
- Highproficiency with community platformssuch as Discord, Facebook Groups, and Telegram.
III. Compensation and Benefits
1. Compensation:Competitive salary (11,000,000 - 20,000,000 VND/month).
2. Performance Bonuses:
- Monthly Bonus:If the team achieves a $1M net profit target, bonuses of $2K-$3K are paid monthly.
- Annual Bonus:This can be up to 10 months of salary, based on performance measured by net profit, SOP, and adherence to cultural key behaviors.
