Job Description
What you will do
- Build and evolve Core Platform features across Authentication, Privacy & Security, and Core User Experiences;
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable features while balancing performance, maintainability, and technical debt;
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features;
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices;
- Support the technical growth of team members through code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring;
- Continuously improve code quality, development efficiency, and system reliability by adopting modern Android/iOS technologies.
What you will need
- 4+ years of experience developing Android/iOS applications (using Kotlin, Java OR Objective-C, Swift);
- Good understanding of Kotlin Coroutines, Flow OR Grand Central Dispatch (GCD), Swift Concurrency, and modern asynchronous programming;
- Strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms, OOP, Design Patterns, Memory Management, and Data Persistence;
- Solid understanding of modern architectures (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture) and modularization;
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and design maintainable software;
- Experience with Android architecture components (e.g., ViewModel, Lifecycle) and local data persistence (SQLite);
- Experience optimizing memory usage and resolving ANRs and crashes;
- Experience in optimizing memory usage, battery/network usage, and resolving crash issues;
- Strong ownership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills;
- Passion for mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning;
- Experience using LLMs and AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity is a plus.
