We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Manager – Human Resources to join our dynamic team. As the Senior Manager – Human Resources, you will play a critical role in executing human resources strategies that align with our business objectives in the country. You will serve as a key partner to management and employees, providing expertise in all areas of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
Here is what you need to know about this role:
- Business Partner: support a portfolio of business group as business partner role
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations. Act as a trusted advisor to management on effective employee relations practices.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance evaluation processes, providing guidance to managers on performance appraisals and development plans. Support initiatives to enhance employee performance and productivity.
- Compensation & Benefits: Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams to administer compensation structures, benefits programs, and employee recognition initiatives. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices aligned with market standards.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and support the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills, engagement, and career progression.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Update and implement HR policies and procedures to create a fair and equitable work environment.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports on HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity within a multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office; experience with Workday is an advantage.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Occasional travel within the country may be required
