A Brief Overview

Provide comprehensive HR partnership including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, data management, and policy implementation. Address complex, high-risk employee relations issues, and lead HR projects. This role is a key partner to leadership within a function, driving HR strategy including Talent Management, Total Rewards, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee Engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with functional areas to develop longer term Talent strategies to meet business needs. Interface with global teams
  • Handle intricate employee relations cases, utilizing expertise in policies, regulations, and best practices
  • Partner with leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Lead workforce planning efforts, collaborating with stakeholders to anticipate talent needs
  • Initiate and oversee HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams on complex legal issues
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies, employment law, and industry trends
  • Analyze and interpret complex HR data to inform decision-making at the executive level

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Human Resources Management required or
  • Bachelors Related Field required
  • 6+ Years human resources experience required
  • Experience partnering with global teams preferred
  • Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis
  • Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - HRCI preferred or
  • Certified Professional (CP) - SHRM preferred

Proficiency in HR technology, advanced data analysis, and predictive modeling.

Proven track record of leading and executing complex HR initiatives.

Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to overall business strategy discussions.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Additional Requirements

  • 5% As needed for conferences and meetings.

Physical Demands

This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
