Senior Leasing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Leasing Manager to join our Office Leasing team.

Reporting to the Leasing Director, you will support the overall management of the Office Leasing Department, with a focus on leasing strategy, business planning, key tenant relationships and team performance.

This role is ideal for an experienced leasing professional who is ready to take on a broader leadership and strategic role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Leasing Director in developing and implementing leasing strategies, business plans and targets.
• Lead leasing activities for assigned office properties to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Identify and secure new tenants, particularly corporate and multinational clients.
• Lead negotiations and manage lease terms for mid-to-large-scale tenants.
• Manage renewals, relocations and expansion opportunities with existing tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agents and key business partners.
• Monitor market trends, rental rates and competitor activities and provide market insights.
• Support the Leasing Director in managing, coaching and developing the leasing team.
• Monitor leasing performance, pipeline, forecasts and KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Building Management to ensure smooth leasing, handover and fit-out processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Leasing Director/ BOD

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related fields.
• 7–9+ years of experience in office/commercial leasing, including at least 3 years in a management or senior role.
• Strong experience in lease negotiation and corporate tenant management.
• Good understanding of the commercial real estate market.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Strong commercial mindset and decision-making ability.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
