Senior Leasing Executive – Office, Retail & Industrial

We are looking for a Senior Leasing Executive to lead end-to-end leasing activities across office, retail, and industrial segments.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify potential tenants & conduct market research
• Negotiate and manage lease agreements
• Maintain strong tenant relationships
• Support leasing strategy development & execution
• Contribute to business growth and market positioning

• Experience in commercial leasing & lease negotiations
• Strong understanding of leasing processes and contracts
• Good market research & analytical skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Ability to build client relationships
• Familiarity with HCMC real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields

• Salary: 10 – 20 million VND + attractive commission (20% – 35%) + quarterly performance bonus
• Bonus: 13th month salary (minimum) + additional performance bonuses (14th, 15th, …) + holiday & other allowances
• Salary review: Once per year (January) + ad-hoc review for outstanding performance

• Team building: 1–2 trips per year (domestic/international)
• Annual leave: 12 days/year + full benefits as per labor law
• Working hours: Mon–Fri (8:00–17:00), Sat (8:00–12:00)
