Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, increase market share, and support business objectives. Responsibilities include market research and competitor analysis, campaign planning and performance tracking, brand positioning, budget management, and team leadership. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Sales team and senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with company goals, optimize customer acquisition strategies, and maximize campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Marketing Management, Brand Strategy Development, and Campaign Execution
• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, Branding, and Performance Marketing
• Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
• Expertise in team leadership, people development, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent data analysis, reporting, and KPI performance management skills
• Strong budget planning and financial management capabilities
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Ho Chi Minh City
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in real estate or related industries is a strong advantage

Work Location: 104 Mai Thi Luu, Tan Dinh Ward, HCMC

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday morning (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Compensation:20M – 30M VND/month Gross (negotiable based on competency)
