Gather pain points and challenges from stakeholders
Analyze business pain points, leverage your technical understanding and creativity to propose innovative solutions that align with business objectives
Utilize your excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations to ensure clear understanding and alignment across teams
Collaborate with business users to test and roll out new features and enhancements, gather feedback and make necessary refinements
Other tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements

2+ years of experience with relevant roles in Product management, product growth, business analyst
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and generate practical solutions
Strong UI/UX skills to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points
Strong project management skills who is able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Decent technical understanding, allowing effective communication with engineering teams
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
