[We Are Hiring] PR & Internal Communications Senior Executive

Job purpose
The PR & IC Senior Executive plays a key role in strengthening the companys reputation and brand presence through strategic PR initiatives while driving impactful internal communication programs that enhance employee engagement and reinforce corporate culture. This role requires proactive planning, execution, and advisory support to ensure consistency of the companys communication both externally and internally.
Key responsibilities
- Public Relations (60%): Plan and execute PR campaigns, manage external communication channels, build media/partner relationships, organize PR events, and monitor/report PR performance.
- Internal Communications (35%): Develop and implement IC campaigns, manage internal channels (email, newsletter, intranet, social platforms), co-lead employee events (Townhall, Year-end, Teambuilding), and gather employee feedback for improvements.
- Administrative Support (5%): Handle paperwork, vendor contracts, reports, maintain department records, and support the Assistant Manager in ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
- 23 years of experience in PR, communications, or related roles (experience in both PR & IC is preferred).
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) to create simple visual content.
- Experience in media relations, event support, and content management.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- High sense of ownership , able to take full responsibility for assigned tasks and deliver with quality.
