Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Quận Cầu Giấy, for a Senior/Lead Tester proficient in English or Japanese. The Senior/Lead Tester will be responsible for leading and executing software testing processes, including defining test plans, creating test cases, and ensuring the quality of web and mobile applications. They will identify and document software defects, oversee test automation, and coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues. The role may also involve mentoring junior testers, collaborating with project managers, and ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.

Requirement:

• Strong background in web application testing
• Able to create and review Test Plans (TP), Test Strategies, and acceptance documentation for Acceptance Testing
• Capable of building and managing a test team of 3–5 members; strong team leadership skills
• Research and evaluate testing tools and provide recommendations
• Develop testing methodologies
• Implement and monitor testing standards
• Accurately assess each team member's capabilities to assign appropriate tasks
• Proactively resolve conflicts among team members
• Experience with SQL and APIs
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification
• Foreign language proficiency: English (TOEIC 650+ or equivalent) or Japanese (JLPT N3)
