Senior/ Lead Manual Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios and test report
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders.
• Support functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Contribute to test automation initiatives where applicable.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing
• Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing
• Experience testing financial applications; Claims domain experience is highly preferred.
• Skilled in test case design, test execution, defect management, and regression testing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory, with the ability to effectively engage with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with any test automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Tosca, UFT).
• Knowledge of API and database testing.
• Exposure to automation frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant QA/Test certifications are advantageous.
